AbstractWiththedevelopmentofautomationandmechanizationintabletmanufactory,thespeedoftabletpackagingisalsogreatlyincreased.Sothemanualinspectionaboutwhetherlackingofpill,andtheintegrityofpillwithintheblisterhavebeenfarfromsaticfactoryfortherequirementsofindustrialization.Moreover,theexistingpillinspectionsystemspaytoomuchattentiononreal-timeinspectionofwrongpill,butcarelittleaboutthestatisticalsignificanceofthesedata.Ablister-pillinspectionsystembasedonmachinevisiondevelopedbyourlaboratorycanbeagoodsolutiontothisproblem.Thesystemhasseveraladvantagesoverhumaneyedetection,suchashighdetectionspeed,highprecision,andnoshortcomingsofhumanfatigue.Thisthesisistostudyhowtocontrol,receiveandstoredetecteddatafromthesmartcamera,andalsoprovidetheanalysisofvaliddata.TheserverisbasedonWindows,thehardwareplatformisasmartcamerabasedonTIsTMS320DM6437.Systeminspectionsinclude:blisterslackingofpill,brokentablets,pillcolor,pillshape,andpillsinthewrongplace.Aftergettingtheerrordataofblisteredpills,westoretheerrordatainthedatabase,analizethedatainseveralways,generatethecorrespondingreport,andsolvetheproblemsintheproductionofblisterpill.Theresultoftheexperimentshowsthesystemcanprocessmultiplesmartcamerasthattransmitdataataspeedof10framespersecond.Debuggingonseversoftwareanddataanalizingsoftwareshowthattheyoperatenormally.Keywords:BlisterdrugsinspectionSmartcameraDataanalyticsDataBaseServer目录摘要..................................................................................................................IAbstract................................................................................................................II1选题背景1.1研究背景..................................................................................................(1)1.2课题研究的目的和意义..........................................................................(2)1.3国内外研究现状......................................................................................(2)1.4论文的内容编排............................................................
