Comparedtheeliminationeffectwithdifferentdryingmethodsbydetermining theresiduallevelsofchlorpyrifosresiduesonLentinusedodes.Theresultsindicate that:4kindsofdryingmethodscanreducechlorpyrifosresiduesinLentinulaedodes. However,the removalsofthemweredifferent.Theremovalrateofchlorpyrifoswas22.35%～62.97%onLentinulaedodesfreeze-driedfor6days.Theremovalrateofchlorpyrifoswas73.29%～92.51%onLentinulaedodesdriedfor12hours. Lentinulaedodesdecreaseswiththeinitialremovalofchlorpyrifosresiduesinthe dryingorfreeze-driedconditions.Theremovalrateofchlorpyrifoswas54.46%～94.25%onLentinulaedodesdriedintheshade.Theremovalrateof chlorpyrifoswas 43.54%～90.41%on Lentinulaedodes driedinthesun.Comparedtheeliminationeffectwithdifferentcookingmethods bydetermining the residuallevels ofchlorpyrifos residues on Lentinus edodes.The resultsindicate that:4kinds ofdryingmethods canreducechlorpyrifos residuesinLentinula edodes.However, theremovals ofthemweredifferent.
