Effects of Modified Chaishao Liujun granule on the expression of IFN-γ and TNF-α in ulcerative colitis ratsABSTRACTObjective: This research through the observation of Modified Chaishao Liujun granule to the ulcerous colitis (UC) rat blood serum IFN-γ, TNF-α the adjustment effect, the discussion ulcerous colitis pathogenesis, supporting Professor Guixian Li in invigorating spleen to help transport and transform the essence of water and grain, regulating the function of qi and blood, remove to the muddle of damp and heat-toxin as the method for Modified Chaishao Liujun granule treatment of ulcerative colitis academic thought, providing objectivetheoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods: From 60 SD rats were randomly selected 10 as the normal control groupand theremaining copy the successful model of 50 UC, were randomly divided into five groups: model control group, SASP group, the Modified Chaishao Liujun granule large, middle and small dose group. Model groups are made of the protein in colon mucosa in sensitized allograft induced by immunemethod. After the success of modeling by intragastric administration, observing therats ofthegeneralsituation, stool and fecal occult blood and other changes. After treatment for 4 weeks, determining each group rats’s blood serum the content of IFN-γ, TNF-α with ELISA method, while the colon mucous membranes were taken to CMDI rating, made pathological slice and appraised under the microscope. The complete data carries on statistics analysis by the SPSS17.0 statistics software.Results: Modified Chaishao Liujun granule the large, middle and small dose and the SASP group can improve the rat general condition obviously,puts on weight, reduces the CMDI grading, reduces the colon histopathology grading, declines the rat blood serum IFN-γ, TNF-α, compares separately with the model group, there are significant difference (P0.05).
