摘要人工成本是反映着一个国家、地区、企业在劳动力市场上竞争实力的大小。它是当代社会建筑企业取得市场竞争份额的最重要因素。由于建筑业是非常具有代表性的传统的、典型的劳动密集型行业。如今随着经济的快速发展和社会福利保障制度的不断完善，最低工资标准在上调，我国很多建筑企业都逐渐意识到人工成本的重要性，它严重影响到企业的利润空间和发展潜力，廉价人力成本的竞争策略已经时过境迁了。在新的市场经济下，建筑企业必须详细了解和掌控人工成本的现状和未来的发展趋势，逐步加强对人工成本的管理，提高企业的竞争力和利润水平。本文根据目前建筑市场状况，分析了当前建筑业劳动力市场状况，深刻剖析了人工成本上涨的原因及对建筑企业各方面的影响，在此基础上，对建筑业人工成本有效的管理提出了自己的对策和建议。最后笔者理论结合实际对水电实际项目中人工成本控制进行了详细的分析。在以时间序列的模型中讨论了人工成本测算的几种模型，对比其优势，以建筑企业的需要为目标，在人工成本不断上涨的趋势下，希望自己微小的研究能够对建筑企业的人工成本控制发挥作用力。关键词：建筑，人工成本，影响，对策IABSTRACTLaborcostiscomprehensiveexpressionofhowcompetitiveacountry,anareaoracompanycanbeinthelabormarket,itisthemostactivefactforthemodernenterprisetoobtaincompetitiveadvantageinthemarket.Theconstructionindustryisatypical,traditionallaborintensiveindustry.ManyofChinasconstructionenterprisesarenotawareoftheimportanceofthelaborcost,theystillregardcheaplaborforceastheirmainadvantage.However,withthedevelopmentoftheeconomyandtheimprovementofsocialwelfaresystem,laborcostrisesconstantly,thisadvantagewillgraduallylose,competitionstrategybuildingoncheaplaborforceisbecomingimpossibletogoonformuchlonger.Itrequirestheconstructionenterprisetograspthecurrentsituationandthedevelopmenttrendoflaborcosts,strengthenthemanagementandcontroloflaborcosts,soastomakeitsutilitytothefullest.Thisarticleisbasedonthecurrentmarketconditions,analysesthereasonsfortherisinglaborcostandtheimpactonconstructionenterprises,andmakescountermeasuresandsuggestionsontheconstructionindustrylaborcostmanagement,itanalysestheinfluencingfactorsofhowtheconstructionlaborcostsriseinChina,fromthelabormarketsupplyanddemandsituation,thesustainedeconomicdevelopmentofourcountry,tothestrengtheningoftheworkersrightsandinterestsprotection,thecharacteristicsofconstructionindustryandotheraspects,andthenanalysestheimpactofrisinglaborcostontheconstructionindustry.Finally,theauthoranalysesindetailonhowtotakecontroloftheartificialcostinactualhydropowerprojectscombiningtheorywithpractice.Bycombiningtheorywithpracticeanalysisasasolidbasis,theneedofconstructionenterp
