摘要课外补习是指学生在接受学校教育之外，私自参加的针对其文化课或艺术方 面的辅导或补习。主要形式为参加各类补习班，不包括聘请家教。课外补习在大 部分国家早已盛行发展，我国中小学生参加课外补习的现象也十分普遍。相对于 学校教育来说，课外补习具有一定的隐蔽性，不易被观测和监控，但课外补习的 存在和发展对学校教育、经济和社会都产生了一定的影响。因此，对课外补习这 一问题进行研究具有一定的实践意义和社会价值。本研究运用文献分析、问卷调查和访谈等方法对课外补习进行研究，通过收 集、整理已有的研究成果和资料，对课外补习的研究现状有了整体的了解，为本 研究奠定了理论和调查研究基础。并利用问卷调查法和访谈法对徐州市两所小学 校的小学生及学生家长进行抽样调查，对小学生参加课外补习的规模、内容与形 式、支出、效果与评价、参加原因等方面进行调查和分析，充分了解现阶段小学 生参加课外补习的现状和问题。研究结果显示：小学生参加课外补习的规模大且 低龄化趋势明显；课外补习能够弥补学校教育的不足，拓宽了学生的学习途径， 对学生具有功利性效果；课外补习班主要以营利为目的，办学资质良莠不齐；课 外补习教师队伍鱼龙混杂，教学水平参差不齐；课外补习增加了小学生的课业负 担，影响了学生的身心健康发展；课外补习费用较高，增加了家庭的经济负担； 课外补习扰乱了学校教学秩序，加大学生之间的差距；家长们互相攀比、盲目从 众的心理促使补习班发展快速发展，规模不断扩大。根据调查的结果，运用社会学的社会分层理论、文化资本理论来解释课外补 习盛行的原因。最后，针对课外补习存在的问题和不足，从教育行政部门制定补 习班的审批制度和补习教师资格认定制度、学校与课外补习形成教育合力、发挥 社会文化资源的整合功能、转变家长的教育观念等方面提出改进措施，让课外补 习市场呈良性发展，充分发挥其积极作用，减少其消极影响。 关键词：教育社会学；小学生；课外补习IAbstractThe tutoring means students receive school education, it is secretly attend counseling or tutoring lessons for their cultural or artistic.
