渗透结晶防水外加剂的研究 济南大学毕业论文 摘 要 渗透结晶型防水剂是一种可以显著增强混凝土和砂浆防水能力的外加剂。传统的渗透结晶型防水剂含有一种或多种活性物质，掺入的化学物质在水的作用下通过渗水通道或混凝土正常的毛细作用进入混凝土内部的孔隙中，与混凝土中未水化的水泥颗粒发生水化反应，形成致密水化晶体，封堵混凝土的空隙、毛细管以及裂缝，达到防水目的。这种防水剂主要是通过掺加进防水涂料中来发挥它的功效。这种防水剂是通过后天改造完善混凝土内部结构来达到防水目的。 本文研究的渗透结晶型防水剂是一种复配型外加剂，它不同于传统的防水剂它在混凝土或砂浆拌制过程中就已经加入其中。他是通过改善混凝土和砂浆内部结构来实现混凝土结构自防水功能。此次防水剂的复配除了基于水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的作用机理外还借鉴了其他一些混凝土防水机理（提高混凝土的强度、砂石采用合理的级配来提高混凝土的密实度、利用钙矾石的微膨胀效应来提高混凝土的抗裂能力等等）。基于以上机理我们选出了几种外加剂复配出了我们的防水剂。将复配出的防水剂掺加进砂浆制成防水砂浆根据国家标准JC474－1999《砂浆、混凝土防水剂》、GB18445－2001 《水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料》测试其性能，结果表明：防水砂浆28天强度有了惊人的提高，其在1.5Mpa渗透压力下都未出现渗水现象，说明防水砂浆有着很强的防水能力，我们复配出的防水剂是比较成功的。 关键词：渗透结晶；防水砂浆；水泥基渗透结晶防水材料 - 1 - 济南大学毕业论文 ABSTRACT Admixture capillary crystalline waterproofing agent is a significantly enhanced ability to waterproof concrete and mortar。Conventional capillary crystalline waterproofing agent containing one or more active substances，the chemical incorporation of the seepage channel or concrete normal capillary action into the inside of the concrete pore under the action of water，hydration reaction occurs with concrete unhydrated cement particles，form a dense crystalline hydrated，plugging the gap of the concrete cracks and capillary，To waterproof purpose.
