结核性脑膜炎护理研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨结核性脑膜炎患者的护理方法。方法 45例结核性脑膜炎患者进行了兴奋期、昏迷期，以及用药后、心理等整体化护理，观察护理在疾病治疗过程中的价值。结果 45例患者中死亡3例,其余42例均治愈出院；昏迷合并褥疮2例，口腔念珠菌感染2例，均经局部护理、对症治疗后治愈；利福霉素针剂致肝功减低8例(17．8%),链霉素耳毒性1例(2．2%),结膜炎1例。结论 结核性脑膜患者实施有效的综合护理是减少并发症的发生率、提高治愈率的关键。? 　　【关键词】 结核性脑膜炎；护理?? 　　The nursing for patients with tuberculous meningitis LIU Gui-ying. 　　Binzhou Tuberculosis Hospital, Shandong Province, 251700,China ? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing methods for patients with tuberculous meningitis.
