小班幼儿生活常规教育的培养研究 ——以昆山市A幼儿园为例 摘 要 ：幼儿园生活常规教育对幼儿有着重要的教育价值，本研究采用了文献资料法、教育观察法、问卷调查法对幼儿园的生活常规教育进行深入研究。本研究从小班幼儿生活常规教育目的、内容、方法以及成效四个方面来分析。通过研究本文得出结论：教师自身的弊端、小班幼儿不能主动遵守生活常规及幼儿园班级人数设置的不合理不利于幼儿生活常规的培养。最后针对幼儿园生活常规教育过程中存在的问题，提出了幼儿生活常规养成的对策：教师提高自身的理论修养及能力；引导幼儿主动遵守生活常规；班级幼儿设置数量合理；并提出一些可实行的具体措施。 关键词 ：小班幼儿；生活常规；培养研究 Research on the training of routine education for children in small class -- Taking A kindergarten in Kunshan as an example Abstract ：Routine life education in kindergarten is of great educational value to children. this research uses the methods of literature review, education observation and questionnaire survey to conduct in-depth research on routine life education in kindergarten. This study analyzes the aims, contents, methods and effects of routine life education for small children. Through research, this paper draws a conclusion: teachers own shortcomings, small class childrens inability to voluntarily abide by routine life and the unreasonable number of kindergarten classes are not conducive to the cultivation of routine life of children. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the process of kindergarten routine education, the author puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate childrens routine life: teachers should improve their theoretical accomplishment and ability; To guide children to voluntarily observe the routine of life; Reasonable number of children in class; And put forward some concrete measures that can be implemented. Key words ：Small class children; Routine of life; Research on Culture 问题的提出 （一）小班幼儿生活常规教育是幼儿初入幼儿园的迫切需要 小班幼儿初入幼儿园，家庭教育和生活习惯各不相同。在此之前，幼儿可能没有经历过集体生活，对即将开始的生活一无所知，幼儿会显得无助、焦虑。 教师需要对其进行幼儿园的生活常规教育，幼儿园常规是指一日生活中的各个环节的安排顺序及要求幼儿在各个环节中必须遵守的行为准则。从幼儿园常规涉及的范围来看，可以分为生活常规、游戏常规及学习常规[]。小班幼儿自控能力如果没有良好的常规，活动就不能很好的实施图1：小班幼儿生活常规教育目的 如图1所示，昆山市A幼儿园教师对生活常规教育目的的认识，选择“方便班级管理”的比率为66.66%，在所有选项中比率最高。选择“帮助幼儿养成良好生活习惯”教师的比率为13.88%，选择“是幼儿尽快适应集体生活”的教师所占比率是16.88%。 《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中明确提出小班幼儿生活常规教育方面的目标:“幼儿在提醒下有规律的睡觉、起床；就餐时在指导下不挑食，喜欢蔬菜等绿色健康食品；喜欢喝白开水，不贪不健康的饮料；在教师提醒下，
