The vertices of the graph are labeled by the nonzero zero-divisor of S , and two different vertices x , y are connected by an edge in case any r in S , there is xry 0 . The properties and possible structure of the graph S are studied. We have the conclusions that the diameter of S is no more than 3, and the S without a cycle is a two-star graph. If the graph have a cycle, any two distinct vertexes are in a cycle of length no more than 6. For some special graphs, we can find a commutative semi-group S , such that the graph is isomorphic to S . In the last part of the article, we have a brief description of the clique number and chromatic number of S .
