沈阳建筑大学 毕业设计说明书 毕 业 设 计 题 目 沈阳孔雀城12#楼电气设计 学院专业班级 学 生 姓 名 性别 指 导 教 师 职称 年 月 日摘要 本住宅楼电气设计为毕业设计，其目的是通过设计实践，综合运用所学知识，理论联系实际，锻炼独立分析和解决建筑电气设计问题的能力，为未来的工作奠定坚实的基础。 本设计题目为：沈阳孔雀城12#楼电气设计。本设计说明书主要阐述了居民住宅楼各系统电气设计的设计依据、原则和方法及设计选择的结论。本论文共包括十章内容，第2-4章主要包括强电部分设计；第5-8章主要包括弱电部分。强电部分包括：低压配电系统设计、照明系统设计、插座系统设计、防雷系统设计和接地系统设计；弱电部分包括：网络系统设计、有线电视系统设计、电话系统设计、可视对讲系统设计。设计主要内容如下： ⑴照明、插座系统设计：根据照度计算和负荷计算来选择不同房间的灯具⑵低压配电系统设计：根据建筑物负荷等级划分，本建筑所有负荷均按三级负荷设计。 ⑶防雷接地系统设计：通过计算，本建筑物为第三类防雷保护设计。防雷接地、设备保护接地等共用统一的接地极。 ⑷有线电视系统设计：根据电平计算最终确定分支、分配设备。 ⑸电话系统、网络系统、可视对讲系统设计：根据设计规范选择设备和布线。 在这次设计中，一共包含十七张设计图纸，其中配电系统图（一）为手绘的，其余均采用Auto CAD辅助制图。 关键词：低压配电系统；照明、插座系统；防雷接地系统；电视系统 Abstract This electrical design of the residential building is a graduation design，he purpose of this design is to give us a chance of synthetical usage of the knowledge we have learned. Besides, it can train our ability to analyze and solve practical problems in Construct electricity independently so that the theory is connected with practice and a solid base is made in favor of future work. The topic name of this design is the building electrical design of Shenyang Kongque city 12#. This thesis mainly explains the electrical design basis principle, methods and the conclusion of the design choice in each system in the design of residential buildings. The thesis includes ten Chapters. Chapter 2-4 are mostly about the design of the forceful electric power part, chapter 5-8 are mostly about the design of the light current. The part of the forceful electric power mainly including:the design of distribution system, illumination system, socket system，lightning system and grounding system. The part of the light current mainly including: the design of CATV system, telephone system, the video intercom system and network system.
