基于汽车的高强度气体放电灯研究 RESEARCH BASED ON AUTOMOTIVE HID HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE LAMPS ABSTRACT With the developing of Green lighting project, the HID lamps are applied into many fields and areas. HID with the ballast could not only reach high power factor near to one, but also work in a large of voltage, which help to overcome other kinds of lamps’ problem such as short life, low lumen out and narrow voltage phenomena. HID High Intensity Discharge is one kind of lamp which has many advantages. As so many advantages, it’s very important and meaningful to learn the principle and material of HID. The paper provides detail analysis about the ignition process and the nature. For the automotive head lamp, widely used in car, the paper simply explain the principle and provide analysis about the advantage and disadvantage. Though HID lamps have above advantages which general lamps don’t have, the production process of HID is very complicated; Since HID production need precise machine, it need high cost in factory. But it’s very difficult for local business man in china. In this paper, combined with our limited funds into the industry, author found that the quality can be improved by the addition of HgBr, the results showed that it can enhance flux. Author do much research in HID raw material and factory process; And clarify that the product could be improved through above two aspects. The data also could be proved in small scale production. Datas show that the lamp assembly and manufacturing process technology cause the decline in the quality of products, the paper analyzed the reasons and made three measures: to improve the equipment, to process control and to train for employees. And the reality prove it.
