家惠百货超市采购运营管理研究 专 业：物流管理 学 号：20090510010224 学生姓名：刘京城 指导教师： 吴素浓 摘要 连锁超市是零售业最重要的业态之一，对国家物价水平的调控和老百姓的日常生活有着非常重要的意义。采购管理的能力和水平制约了本土连锁超市整体经营水平的提升和企业经济效益的提高，采购管理是连锁超市所有管理中最为重要的环节，也是经营的源头且贯穿经营全过程，更是连锁经营的核心环节。因此，如何尽快提升我国本土连锁超市企业的采购管理水平成为我国零售行业亟待解决的重要课题。 本文以家惠百货超市采购管理现状为切入点，借鉴发达国家连锁超市先进的采购管理经验，从连锁超市品类管理、供应商管理、采购风险控制等三方面对连锁超市的采购管理进行论述，并结合对家惠百货的实践调查，对家惠百货超市采购管理现状进行深入分析研究，提出有效建议，以期降低采购成本、提高采购效率、调动采购职员的积极性和创造性、增加家惠百货超市的经济效益。 关键词：连锁超市；采购管理；品类管理，供应商；风险 Research on the purchasing operation management of Jiahui supermarket Abstract Chain supermarket is one of the most important retail formats. It has a great impact on the national price level and the common peoples life. The abilities of the purchasing management of the local chain supermarket has directly restricted its overall performance. Based on this, purchasing management is the most important one in the link of management. It is the staring point and it plays a role in the entire process. It can be the core point in the management of chain supermarket. How to improve the purchasing level of local chain supermarket is since become a problem to be solved. This article begins with the present purchasing management situation of Jiahui supermarket and then it discusses the category management supplier management, risk control of purchasing. Using the advanced purchasing management experience in the developed country. it has an analysis of the purchasing management combining the survey of Jiahui. Effective suggestions are made , hoping to lower the procurement costs，improve purchasing efficiencies ,mobilizing the purchasing staffs enthusiasms and creativities, increasing economic benefits of Jiahui supermarket.
