Firstly, the paper is summarized on the life experiece and learn the skills of Huang Daopo. Secondly, Huang Daopo major innovation for cotton textile technology is elaborated from mixing car, slingshots, three spinning wheel, color jacquard technology and other aspects. On the basis of analyzing the cotton textile technology innovation has great influence on the society of Jiangnan region. The rise and development of cotton textile industry ,changing the pattern of planting crops, promote the rapid development of the agriculture economy and the rise development of the southern town, affecting the regional people ’s social life.
