摘要与关键词 随着社会的发展，科学技术越来越发达，我国的服务管理也走向自动化和智能化，为了适应我国社会主义市场经济的发展需要，促进办公现代化，及时满足一些大型宾馆、酒楼管理工作自动化和智能化的需要，根据一番初步的调查，我以Visual Basic 6.0为环境，开发了此应用软件“大型宾馆客房服务管理系统”，用以减轻宾馆、酒楼客房管理工作的难度。由于时间的关系，部分意图不能完全在系统中体现，系统的功能也不是很完善，但我相信通过不断的学习、实践和修改，这些问题会逐渐得到解决。 关键词：面向对象、服务管理、SQL、ActiveX控件 Abstract and Keywords With the development of society, science and technology is more and more developed, manage and moves towards automation and intelligent too in service of our country, in order to meet the development need of the socialist market economy of our country, promote the modernization of handling official busin
