河南财经政法大学成功学院本科生毕业论文 浅谈国内食品冷链物流发展的现状及对策——以顺丰优选为例 院系名称 商学系 姓　　名 　　号 专　　业 指导教师 2014年4月22日  摘 要 冷链物流(Cold Chain Logistics) 泛指冷藏冷冻类食品在生产、贮藏运输、销售，到消费前的各个环节中始终处于规定的低温环境下，以保证食品质量，减少食品损耗的一项系统工程。我国在经济发展的同时，人们对冷链的需求越来越多。随着近年来我国不断加重对食品安全的关注以及人们的需求，冷链物流也由以前的缓慢发展到现在的走上正轨。但是我国的冷链物流由于政策、科学技术以及资金投入的限制，现阶段内仍然无法满足市场需求。因此，针对冷链物流中所遇到的问题，应该找出并寻求科学的方法进行解决。目前，我国在冷链物流的前进道路中遇到了一个非常好的发展机遇，冷链物流市场仍有巨大的增长潜力。 本文从冷链物流的相关理论出发，对冷链物流在国外的发展及应用进行了介绍，然后对国内食品冷链物流的发展现状进行了深入分析，在此基础上，提出了国内食品冷链物流的发展对策，最后以顺丰优选为例，着重突出相关理论在实践中的应用。 关键词：食品冷链物流；现状分析；发展对策 Abstract Cold chain logistics (Cold Chain Logistics) refers to the refrigerated foods sold in the production, storage, transportation, to the consumer before each link is always under the low temperature, in order to ensure food quality, reduce food consumption in a systems engineering. Chinas economic development at the same time, more and more people demand for cold chain. With the increasing concern on food safety and peoples demand, cold chain logistics from the previous slow development up to now on the right track.But Chinas cold chain logistics because of policy, science and technology and capital investment restrictions, at this stage is still unable to meet market demand. Therefore,in view of the problems encountered in cold chain logistics, should identify and pursue scientific solution. At present, China faced a very good development opportunity in the road ahead of the cold chain logistics, cold chain logistics market still has enormous growth potential. This paper starts from the related theories of cold chain logistics, the development and application of cold chain logistics in foreign countries are introduced, then the development situation of domestic food cold chain logistics is analyzed, on the basis of this, put forward the development strategy of domestic food cold chain logistics, and finally to a preferred as an example, emphasizing the application of the related theory in practice.
