鹰潭市中学生课外体育活动现状调查与分析 摘 要 课外体育活动有利于促进学生健康、全面发展，国内外高中生的体质明显存差异，针对此现状，运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等研究方法，对鹰潭市区高中生参加课外体育活动的现状进行调查研究。结果表明：鹰潭市区高中生对课外体育活动的响应很是欠缺，紧张的学习气氛、学校和老师的不重视是阻碍中学生参加课外体育活动的主要原因。高中生参加课外体育活动项目的选择具有显著的性别差异：学习负担重、运动场地不足、器材短缺等是影响临川高中生参加课外体育活动的主要因素。针对调查中发现的问题，结合鹰潭市区高中的实际，提出了加强高中课外体育活动的相应对策，旨在深入贯彻学校体育相关的法规，为学校体育的改革与发展提供有益的参考。 关键词：鹰潭市区；高中生；课外体育活动；对策  Investigation and Analysis on the current situation of extracurricular sports activities of middle school students in Yingtan Extracurricular sports activities can promote students all-round development of all, but the current situation of Yingtan middle school is not optimistic, in view of this situation by using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, the Yingtan middle school students in extracurricular sports activities investigation. The results show that: most of the high school students in Yingtans response to extra-curricular sports activities is very general: the tension of the learning atmosphere, schools and teachers do not attach importance to the students to participate in extra-curricular sports activities is the main reasonmiddle school students study burden, lack of sports venues, equipment shortage are the main influencing factors of Yingtan high school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities. Aiming at the problems found in the survey, combined with the actual high school in Yingtan, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the extracurricular sports activities in middle school.
