株洲市社区体育调查与分析 摘要：20世纪末，我国社会从传统社会向现代化社会转型进入了新的阶段，随着经济高速发展，个人、群体和社会对体育生活的各种需求不增长。城市社区体育以其特有的优势，吸引着越来越多的人，它作为城市体育工作的重点，正日益受到体育及有关部门的重视，目前城市社区的体育的发展已经成为城市体育工作的重要组成部分，对于推动全民健身活动的发展起着积极重要的作用。本论文采用文献资料调查法、实地访谈法、问卷调查法、资料分析与数据处理法，对株洲市市体委、荷塘区、天元区、石峰区等相关街道办事处的社区体育负责人和部分株洲社区的居民进行调查，通过对株洲市各类体育活动点数量 株洲市各类体育活动点的收入来源 株洲社区体育指导员职业情况株洲市居民体育锻炼的目的等进行调查研究分析，发现株洲市社区体育有以下问题：1.资金投入不足，社区体育活动经费匾乏。2.社区体育人才资源与体育场馆严重不足。3.社区体育指导员的年龄偏大文化层次偏低。最后，本文对改善株洲社区体育现状给出了一些参考性建议。 关键词 ：社区体育 全民健身 体育指导员 Zhuzhou City Community Sports Survey and Analysis Abstract ：At the turn of the 21stcentury,the pattern transition of Chinese society entered a newstage when changing from the traditional society to a modernized one.Rapid development ofthe economy results in an increasing demand on the variety of physical lifestyles,rangingfrom the individuals,communities to the society as a whole.With its unique advantage,PE inurban communities is popular and drawing the attention of the physical administration.Serving as an integral part of the urban physical fitness work,it plays an active role in thepromotion of physical fitness nationwide program.The subjects of this paper include the members of Physical Education Bureau of zhuzhou City,community coaches and residents of the 3 districts:shifeng(uptown),tianyuan (Riverfront)and hetang(West Lake).Research methods include:documents and texts，field interviews,questionnaire，resultsanalysis and data processing。The survey reveals the problems as follows:1.The lack of investment and funding in the community physical activities。2.The scarcity of related human resources and stadiums。3.The shortage of sports instructors in communities，This paper ends with some suggestions on the improvement of the physical education inurban communities in Zhu zhou..
