165.110 瓶装水（Bottled water）　　(a)Identity—(1)Description.Bottledwateriswaterthatisintendedforhumanconsumptionandthatissealedinbottlesorothercontainerswithnoaddedingredientsexceptthatitmayoptionallycontainsafeandsuitableantimicrobialagents.Fluoridemaybeoptionallyaddedwithinthelimitationsestablishedin§(b)(4)(ii).Bottledwatermaybeusedasaningredientinbeverages(,dilutedjuices,flavoredbottledwaters).Itdoesnotincludethosefoodingredientsthataredeclarediningredientlabelingas“water,”“carbonatedwater,”“disinfectedwater,”“filteredwater,”“seltzerwater,”“sodawater,”“sparklingwater,”and“tonicwater.”Theprocessingandbottlingofbottledwatershallcomplywithapplicableregulationsinpart129ofthischapter. 　　(2)Nomenclature.Thenameofthefoodis“bottledwater,”“drinkingwater,”oralternativelyoneormoreofthefollowingtermsasappropriate: 　　(i)Thenameofwaterfromawelltappingaconfinedaquiferinwhichthewaterlevelstandsatsomeheightabovethetopoftheaquiferis“artesianwater”or“artesianwellwater.”Artesianwatermaybecollectedwiththeassistanceofexternalforcetoenhancethenaturalundergroundpressure.Onrequest,plantsshalldemonstratetoappropriateregulatoryofficialsthatthewaterlevelstandsatsomeheightabovethetopoftheaquifer. 　　(ii)Thenameofwaterfromasubsurfacesaturatedzonethatisunderapressureequaltoorgreaterthanatmosphericpressureis“groundwater.”Groundwatermustnotbeunderthedirectinfluenceofsurfacewaterasdefinedin40CFR 　　(iii)Thenameofwatercontainingnotlessthan250partspermillion(ppm)totaldissolvedsolids(TDS),comingfromasourcetappedatoneormoreboreholesorsprings,originatingfromageologicallyandphysicallyprotectedundergroundwatersource,maybe“mineralwater.”Mineralwatershallbedistinguishedfromothertypesofwaterbyitsconstantlevelandrelativeproportionsofmineralsandtraceelementsatthepointofemergencefromthesource,dueaccountbeingtakenofthecyclesofnaturalfluctuations.Nomineralsmaybeaddedtothiswater. 　　(iv)Thenameofwaterthathasbeenproducedbydistillation,deionization,reverseosmosis,orothersuitableprocessesandthatmeetsthedefinitionof“purifi
