Many times the marks I got in English tests were not as good as those in my maths tests. So I drew a plan to change my way of study. I began to try my best to grasp the main idea in class. I have spent much time in memorizing the grammatical rules and vocabulary. In my spare time, I often listen to English tapes and watch some English programmes on TV. I read newspaper in English regularly and take my teachers advice to go through what I have read without paying much attention to the new words. Now I’m getting more and more interest in my English study. How glad I am! I am sure in this way I will make great progress in my English study. To be a student with good manners 1. To be a student with good manners, what should / shouldn’t you do in public As a student, how to behave with good manners? First of all, I think, its essential to respect our teachers and elder members in family. And taking their good advice will help us out from time to time. Never lie to others or say dirty words on any occasion. We should keep promise and notice not to talk loudly and offer seat to the people in need in public place. Never throw litter or spit about. Always remember to obey traffic rules. In addition, we should learn to work with others and help each other during the course of team work. In my opinion, it is a good way to be a well received student.
