《造梦雨果》——有了梦,生命银幕亮了 　　《造梦的雨果》(The Invention of Hugo Cabret)的作者布莱恩·塞兹尼克(Brian Selznick)于1966年出生于美国新泽西州，大学主修设计，毕业后在纽约从事儿童读物的相关工作。他以电影先驱乔治·梅里爱(Georges Méliès)为原型创作的《造梦的雨果》获奖无数，包括2008年凯迪克金奖、2007年美国“出版界奥斯卡”的鹅毛笔奖等，并曾27周蝉联“纽约时报畅销书榜”前十名。 　　《造梦的雨果》是一本图画占大部分篇幅、辅以少数文字的绘本，主人公是生活在1931年的巴黎、居住在巴黎中央火车站钟楼上的男孩雨果·卡布莱(Hugo Cabret)。雨果的父亲生前是个钟表匠，曾在博物馆里发现了一个坏掉的机器人。他希望修好机器人，于是将修理的步骤记在笔记本上，并把笔记本当做生日礼物送给了雨果。可机器人还没修好，雨果的父亲就丧生于博物馆一场莫名的火灾之中。成了孤儿的雨果想修好这个机器人，找到父亲可能留给他的“信息”，便常去玩具店偷玩具，找合适的零件，没想到有一次被玩具店店主乔治老爷爷逮个正着，笔记本也被没收了。多番周折之后，雨果在乔治老爷爷的教女伊莎贝尔(Isabelle)的帮助下让机器人成功画出了一幅画，但这幅画却揭开了一个更大的故事…… 　　 　　精彩片段 　　 　　Hugos hands were shaking. 　　He had managed to finish fixing the mechanical man. The only thing he had needed was the key. The original key had been lost in the fire, and all the other keys he found around the station and in the windup toys from the booth didnt fit.
