金双歧治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察 桑亚云 镇江市京口区健康路社区卫生服务中心 212001 【摘要】[目的] 探讨在常规治疗基础上加用金双歧口服治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床治疗效果。[方法] 选择腹泻流行期间急性腹泻婴幼儿，采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测粪便RV-(IgM)阳性101例，将101例腹泻婴幼儿随机分为治疗组61例和对照组40例。两组患儿在年龄、性别、腹泻、发热、呕吐等临床表现方面均具可比性（P0.05）。两组均按常规治疗，包括抗病毒、补液、纠酸、纠正电解质紊乱及对症支持治疗，治疗组加用金双歧口服，剂量4个月-1岁1粒，tid；1岁-2岁2粒，tid，温开水送服。根据临床症状消退时间及住院天数观察疗效。[结果] 治疗组的腹泻、发热、呕吐消退时间及住院天数均比对照组明显缩短，两组差异有非常显著意义。且无任何不良反应。[结论]金双歧口服与常规治疗联用治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎明显优于常规治疗，口服金双歧是治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的理想方法。 【关键词】金双歧（双歧三联活菌片） 轮状病毒 肠炎 婴幼儿 疗效 Studies of the curative effect of Jinshuangqi on Rota-virus enteritis of infant Sang ya yun (Department of pediatrics,the People’s Hospital of the Jingkou,Zhenjiang Jiangsu,212001,China) 【Abstract】[Objective] To study the treatment effect of taking the Jinshuangqi orally to treat the Rota-virus of infant based on the normal way.[Methods]Choose the infants who have acute diarrhea in the popular period of loose-bowelses.Examine their excrement RV-AG(Igm) by ELESI . The number of masculine is 101. Divide them into group of 61 and the matching group of 40.The two groups have the comparability in clinical symptoms,such as age,sex,dysentery,fever,rejection and etc.(P0.05),and both are theated in normal ways including antivirus,repairing the liquid , correcting the disorder of sour and electrdyte,heteropathy,and sustain.The treated-group take Jinshuangqi orally at the same time .Dosage :the group between the ages of 4 months old and 1 year old take one pill, and the group between the ages of 1 year old and 2 years old take two pills ,with mild boiled water,study the curative effect according to the time of disappearing of the clinical symptoms and the days hospitalization.[Results] the treated-group shorten the period of clinical symptoms disappearing:dysentery ,fever,rejection,and the days of hospitalization .the difference of the two groups have statistical significance and have no bad response.[Conclusion] It is superior to treat rota-virus enteritis in normal way and by taking jingshuangqi orally at the same
