成长记录袋高中英语教学建构评价有效方式 　　【摘要】近年来，我国已经进行了一系列新的课程改革。然而，在目前的高中英语教学中仍然存在许多问题，这些问题使得我们新课改的初衷和我们现代教学评价系统之间出现了不协调。在中国，关于评价系统的研究和试验在很长一段时间内还没有取得进展，那是因为到目前为止，我们还没有建立起一套有效的能够支撑基本教育改革发展的教学评价系统。在许许多多老师和家长眼中，评价就是形形色色的考试和测验，比如说单元检测、学月考试、半期考试、期末考试、过级考试等等……事实上，单从国际教育理念和实践的发展来看，这种看法已经远远落后了，它只是20世纪早期时代的产物而已。因此，成长记录袋这个概念就被引进来改进高中英语教学。它不仅是一种新的有用的教学方式，而且还是基于我国国情，在高中英语教学中非常有效的一套评价机制。 　　本文在于阐述怎样建立一套成长记录袋。目的是向老师和学生的教与学提供实际的指导和建议，培养学生终身学习的能力，帮助他们的英语学习和改进教师的教学方法，促进学生在学习和身心方面全面发展。 　　【关键词】评价系统；高中英语教学；成长记录袋评价机制；形成性评价Evaluation to construct a growth record bag： high school English teaching effective way 　　Wang Qiang 　　【Abstract】In recent years， our country has made a series of new curriculum reform. In the present high school English teaching， however， there are still many problems， these problems make us the purpose of the new curriculum reform and appeared to be not coordinated between our modern teaching evaluation system. In China， the study of evaluation system and experiment in a very long period of time has not progress， it is because so far， we have not established a set of effective to support the development of the reform of basic education teaching evaluation system. Evaluation is in the eyes of many， many teachers and parents， all sorts of examinations and tests， such as unit test， study on the test， half of the exam， final exam， level， etc... In fact， from the point of the development of international education philosophy and practice， this view has lagged far behind， it is just a product of the era of the early 20th century. Growth record bag， therefore， the concept was introduced to improve high school English teaching. It is not only a new useful teaching methods， and is based on China’s national conditions， in the high school English teaching is very effective in a set of evaluation mechanism. 　　This article is to expound how to build a set of growth record bag.
