Keep Psychologically Healthy A: As the development of our country, more and more people getting involved in the competitive society, including the college students. And it is a common phenomenon that most of the college students have more or less a little psychological problems. B: Yes, I agree.We are faced with more and more problems, such as houses, cars, jobs, marriages. And all these problems lead to a much more serious problem, mental disease. C: Yeah, youre right. Mental disease is more serious than any other disease. Although mental disease will not kill anyone immediately, it will make people negative. Even worse, a person who has mental disease may commit suicide or commit a crime. D: And I think that the causes of mental disease often vary a lot from one case to another. A good number of people are suffering from heavy pressure. Others lack communication skills. In addition, a lot of people are lack of psychological knowledge about how to keep psychologically healthy. A: So, in order to keep psychologically healthy,we should find out the causes of the problem. As a student, most college students worry too much about their study, which lead to many pressures. So if we want to solve the problem, we should first take everything easy. Paying over attention to the study may drive us crazy and sometimes even cause our depression.
