毕业论文 辣椒切碎机 学 生：李 旺 指导老师：杨文敏 （湖南农业大学东方科技学院，长沙 410128） 摘 要：此次毕业设计论文阐述了辣椒加工机械—辣椒切碎机的工作原理、主要技术参数、传动系统、典型零件的结构设计及生产能力分析。辣椒切碎机是最生活中常用的食品切碎机械之一。辣椒切碎机的结构简单、操作容易、便于加工一定数量的原材料和实现自动化、维护方便，在连续进料条件下可实现连续加工。 辣椒切碎机的机械设计过程分为两步，第一步是初步设计，主要是通过理论计算选出合适的切碎机部件。其中包括切碎机的进料机构、传送机构、切割机构、出料机构、辣椒切碎机箱体选择、电动机、减速器的选择等；第二步是施工设计，主要根据初步设计选定的进料方式、传送机构、切割机构、出料方式完成对已选部件的安装与布置图纸设计工作。 关键词：辣椒切碎机；传送机构；切割机构 Title of Graduation Paper Hot pepper mincing machine Student:li wang Tutor:yangwenmin (College of Hunan Agricultural University, Changsha 410128, China) .
