供电设备检修研究和探索 　　【摘 要】对供电设备检修的研究和探索，自电诞生之日起就没间断过。从事故维修、定期维修发展到状态检修，这是历史的必然。而且，随着人们知识水平的提高以及科学技术的发展，越来越受到企业的关注。状态检修就是通过在线的和离线的监测手段，收集电气设备运行的工况信息，通过系统分析诊断，判断设备的健康状态，确定设备的检修对策，进行大修、小修或暂缓检修，可在设备检修周期到来之前根据设备状况提前进行检修，也可以根据设备的状况，延长检修周期，真正做到“应修必修”。实施状态检修的目的是提高供电设备检修的针对性和有效性，发现问题于萌芽状态，有效延长设备使用寿命，合理降低设备运行维护费用。 　　【关键词】供电设备；检修；问题；探讨 　　Powered equipment maintenance research and exploration 　　Hu Xiao-qiang 　　（Zhang Shan in Shanxi Power Generation Company Limited Changzhi Shanxi 046021） 　　【Abstract】Maintenance of power equipment research and exploration， from the date of birth is no electricity stopped. Implement condition-based maintenance is intended to improve the relevance and effectiveness of powered equipment maintenance， and found the problem in the bud， effectively extending the life of equipment， reduce equipment operation and maintenance costs reasonable. 　　【Key words】Powered equipment；Maintenance；Problems；Discussion 　　1. 现状分析 　　1.1 目前，国家对电气设备状态检修没有明确的规定、要求，也没有具体的规程和标准，原因是各地区的电气设备有很大差别，状态检修是按照各地区自身设备的特点和运行状况，运行时间和在线检测设备及工作经验而定。相关设备状态检测手段还不成熟，从确保设备安全运行的角度出发，具体的实施力度也不是很大。要实现设备的状态检修，就必须要对设备运行状况进行在线监测，并对监测到的数据进行分析比较，才能确定设备的运行情况，从而确定是否检修。 　　1.2 电力系统的可靠性在很大程度上取决于电力设备的可靠性。随着电网容量的增大和用户对供电可靠性要求的提高，
