Product Overview and Technical Description 1.1 Front of this equipment box is equipped with pin-type manual doubled-door; box housing is welded and riveted with stain-proof Q235 cold-roll steel sheets, and surface thereof is sprayed with acrylic paint; internal bladder of the box is welded and riveted with stain-proof Q235 cold-roll steel sheets are adopted, and surface thereof is sprayed with high-temperature aluminum paint. 1.2 Temperature control system constitutes of high sensitive sensor and LED digital temperature controller. Such system is installed on the left side of the box, providing English display (control) interface. Advanced hot air circulating system provides more uniform distribution of temperature inside the working chamber; temperature controller with high-accuracy intellectual program and P.I.D parameter auto-tuning render reliable control sensitivity. 1.3 Unique blower motor and heating interlock protection function, and wrong-door-opening and over-temperature audible visual alarm protection function. 1.4 This product is equipped with manual trolley, and footplate for such trolley to enter and exit the working chamber; such manual trolley is convenient for carrying in and out large-size work-piece. 2.
