Below this article mainly from the mechanical and electrical equipment in the problems arising from the management, the implementation of specific measures and maintenance to discourse upon the specific examples. 　　Keywords: mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance equipment management 　　中图分类号：TV734文献标识码：A文章编号： 　　1.引言 　　第一次工业革命给我们送来了机械，第二次工业革命将电气时代带入了我们的世界，从此两者的有机结合就改变和创造着我们生存的环境，各式各样机电设备给与我们的强大支撑，在现代社会建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。现在人类活动必不可少的信息网络系统也是建立在机电系统的基础之上的，因此基于机电在现代社会中的重要性，做好对其的保护工作亦是非常重要，即完善、提升机电设备对于确保机电系统能够按照我们的意愿正常的工作非常的关键。因此，做好机电设备的管理工作以及对其进行良好的维修保养工作，是整个相关行业应该重点关注的问题，同时也是国家发展过程中应关注的关键问题。 　　2.机电设备管理工作中存在的问题 　　2.1管理中存在着潜在的安全隐患 　　安全隐患的造成大都是由于管理制度的不完善造成的，制度上的漏洞使得某些企业的领导为了达到利益的最大化，不顾后果的降低企业的管理成本，这也就使得在机电设备管理维护上的费用少之又少，必要的设备更新改造资金不到位，甚至有新建企业完全忽略了机电设备的维修保养的开支，种种做法都为机电设备的安全有效的运行埋下了隐患。以人们使用最为频繁的电梯为例，电梯在正常投入使用后，供货厂商一般只会一到两年的免费维修，当过了这段时间，只能由物业管理部门出资或者聘请其他的电梯维修保养公司对电梯进行正规合理的检修工作。但是就目前情况来看，电梯的日常的维护保养是非常不乐观的，一些物业公司为了减少费用的消耗，减少电梯检修次数，更换不合格的零配件
