中小企业融资信用担保体系问题研究 摘 要 在一国国民经济的发展过程中，中小企业发挥着非常重要的作用。但由于中小企业普遍存在着经营规模小、抗风险能力弱、缺乏可靠的贷款抵押担保等原因，贷款风险大、回报率低，因此银行缺乏贷款的积极性，使中小企业很难获得发展中所必需的资金。要解决这一问题的关键是建立中小企业信用担保体系，转嫁、降低一部分银行贷款的风险，提高银行给中小企业融资的积极性。但是在构建我国中小企业信用担保体系的进程中，不断地出现各种问题。因此，针对这些问题，本文以中小企业信用担保为研究对象，分析和研究了我国中小企业信用担保体系的发展和现状，学习发达地区中小企业信用担保的经验，总结建立与完善信用担保体系的经验教训，分析并找出我国中小企业信用担保体系存在的问题，提出完善我国中小企业信用担保体系的对策及建议。 关键词：中小企业，融资，信用，担保 英文题目 ABSTRACT Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises （SMEs ）play a very important role in the development process of a country’s national economy. The prevalence of small scale of operation but because of small and medium enterprises, weak anti-risk ability, lack of reliable loan secured by mortgage and other reasons, the risk of loans, low rate of return, the banks lack the enthusiasm of the loan, so that the SMEs is difficult to obtain in the development of the necessary funds. The key to solving this problem of SME credit guarantee system, passed on the lower part of the risk of bank loans to improve the bank to SME financing.
