合肥市2006年药品不良反应病例报告评析 摘要 为了解合肥市药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点及引发的相关因素,促进安全、合理用药。收集合肥市2006年1月1日~2006年12月31日ADR病例报告1549份，用Excel电子表和手工方法，分别按患者性别、年龄、给药途径、涉及药品种类、不良反应累计系统—器官及其临床表现、涉及国家药品不良反应通报品种等进行分析评价。1549份ADR病例报告中，涉及到药品1680例（包括怀疑药品和并用药品）。其中抗微生物药645例，占总例数38.39%，居首位。中药注射剂80例，占中药总例数的34. 33%。给药途径以口服给药为主，引起的不良反应有1016例，占总例数的60.4%。主要不良反应累计系统—器官及其临床表现为胃肠系统损害涉及国家药品不良反应通报品种18种。应合理使用抗微生物药及中药注射剂，注意口服给药指征，慎重选用静脉滴注给药治疗，加强对中药注射剂和国家通报品种的监测，确保安全合理用药。 药品不良反应报告统计评析 ANALYSIS OF ADVERSE DRUG REACTION OF HE FEI IN 2006 ABSTRACT To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) and some factors in relate for their safe and rational use in clinic, the 1549 ADR cases had been collected from Jan.1 2006 to Dec.31 2006 in our city, using Excel electronical table and manual methods. All the cases were analyzed in respect of patients’ sex and age, administration ,drug species, ADR related system-apptaratus and clinical react,and the variety of state adverse drug reactions announcement. Of 1549 ADR cases and 1680 drugs (including the drugs of suspicion and association), 645 cases accounting for 38.39% relate to antimicrobial drugs,80 cases accounting for 34.33% relate to traditional Chinese Medicine injections.In all 1680 drugs, 1016 cases accounting for 60.47% are oral administration,which take the main role.ADR related system-apptaratus and clinical react were mainly manifested as gastroenteric system lesion.18 kinds relate to the variety of state adverse drug reactions announcement. Rational use of antimicrobial drugs and the good quality of the traditional Chinese Medicine injection.Using intravenous injection cautiously,noticing the qualification of oral administration and strengthening the monitoring of traditional Chinese Medicine injection and state announcement variety,in order to garentee the safe and rational drug using.
