湖 南 涉 外 经 济 学 院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目 汽油发动机产生爆震的原因、危害与预防 作者 学院 机械工程学院 专业 汽车服务工程班 学号 指导教师 二〇一四 年 五 月 十 日 摘 要 在汽车使用过程中，爆震是发动机故障中最为显而易见的问题，影响了发动机的运行状况，降低了汽车的安全性、可靠性和经济性。它是汽油发动机特有的一种非正常的燃烧现象,表现为发动机异常抖动和响动。本文首先介绍了何谓发动机爆震，其特点、主要表现以及爆震所产生的危害，接下来着重分析了发动机产生爆震的原因，主要从燃料、空燃比、点火提前角、发动机温度、驾驶习惯等方面入手；另外对爆震传感器的结构和工作原理进行了剖析研究，通过对两种不同的传感器的比较来阐述爆震传感器对于防止汽车爆震的重要意义。在对爆震进行一系列的研究和探讨之后，在此基础上找出爆震产生的防治方法，以便解决由爆震带来的种种不良危害。 关键词：汽油发动机、爆震、原因、危害、预防 ABSTRACT In the process of car use, detonation is the most obvious question in engine failure, affected the operation condition of the engine, reducing the cars safety, reliability and economy.It is a kind of abnormal combustion characteristic of the gasoline engine, the performance of the engine abnormal jitter and noise.This paper first introduces what is the engine detonation, and its characteristics, main performance and the detonation of the harm, then this paper analyzes the causes of detonation engine, mainly from the fuel, air-fuel ratio, ignition advance Angle, engine temperature, driving habits and other aspects;In addition to the knock sensor, analyzes the structure and working principle of research by comparing two different sensors to prevent car knock knock sensor is described in this paper the important meaning. On detonation, after a series of research and discussion on the basis of the find out the detonation of prevention and cure, in order to solve all sorts of bad harm caused by the detonation.
