Classified Index: U284.63 U.D.C: 625.1Dissertation for the Masteral Degree in EnglineeringTHE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF TDJFK-2006PNEUMATIC-LOCKED CONTROLLABLE RETARDERCandidate: Super visor :Academic Degr ee Applied for : Speciality:Affiliation:Date of Defence:Degr ee-Confer r ing-Institution :Wang J ingweiAssociate Prof. Wang Wuyi Master of Engineer ing Mechanical engineer ing TDJ Rescar ch Center October,2008Har bin Institute of Technology哈尔滨工业大学工程硕士学位论文摘要减速顶是一种应用于铁路驼峰编组场内,安装在钢轨上通过滑动油缸帽头 与行经车辆接触来吸收其动能,从而对车辆速度进行控制的调速设备。近年来 在中国及以美国为主的铁路编组站广泛地应用了可控减速顶, 该调速制式利用 测速、测重传感器和轨道电路等设备来收集车组的辆数、重量、速度等各种信 息,按照设计好的程序由计算机作出判断,针对不同的难易行车组组合,让可 控减速顶的滑动油缸吸下或立起, 用来改善前后车组之间的溜车间隔,提高机 车推峰速度和驼峰编解效率,增加难行车的溜行距离,实现对溜放车辆连续的 实时控制, 提高整个系统的安全连挂率。本文对该型可控减速顶的结构特性、工 作原理及应用效果进行了理论和实验研究。根据该型可控减速顶的设计原则,对其进行了分析设计,确定了该型可控 减速顶的结构形式,实现自吸下、自锁闭和自解锁的功能,满足运输生产的要 求。对所需要的风能进行理论分析,通过计算确定该独立供风系统的组成及各 项基本参数。从锁闭状态和非锁闭状态两方面介绍了其控制原理,并详细地介 绍了该顶的结构特点。对该型可控减速顶进行了理论分析,解释了减速顶速度阀判速机理和减速 顶受力状态的分析,并通过积分方法确立了制动功及其影响因素。对其进行了 原理性实验和性能试验,并对原有减速顶回程阀板进行改进设计后的性能实验, 分别对回程阀板过流孔直径对回程时间的影响、氮气压力对回程时间的影响、 温度对回程时间的影响因素进行了实验。通过在齐齐哈尔三间房站的运营试验 证明了该自吸下风动可控减速顶能够适应高寒、高温差的恶劣环境,可以满足 现场使用要求,更好的为编组站服务。关键词 编组站;调速系统;减速顶;风动可控减速顶;风控锁闭阀AbstractRetarder is installed on the rail of railway marshalling yard, take away the energey of vehicles, control the gliding vehicles’speed. In recent years, Controllable Retarder has been used by railway marshalling yard mainly in China and U.S.A., and a new type of controllable continuum speed control system is formed. This successful study of controllable retarder promotes the development of hump design theory, and using computers to control retarder has realized series real time of controlling gliding vehicles. It is the embodiment of theory and practice.
