AbstractAbstractAdvancedcompositematerialsarewidelyusedinaerospacestructuraldesign.Currentlyinthefieldofaerospaceprimaryload-bearingstructureofthemainapplicationofresin-basedcarbonfibercompositematerials,paperdrawonrelevantresearchresultsathomeandabroadonthebasisofcombinedexperience,thenewdesignofacertaintypeofaircraftnearlyall-compositewing,andusePatran/commoncommercialNastranfiniteelementanalysissoftwareforstructuralanalysisandoptimization.Thisdesignofthewingusingautoclavemoldingtechnology.Autoclavemoldingtechnologyismature,thepaperdesignofthewingtomeetmanufacturingrequirements.Underthepremisetomeetavarietyofconstraints,designersalwaysstrivefortheaerospacevehicledesignaslightaspossible,forcontinuingtoexploreanewapproachtodesign.Isclearlyrelatedtotheconcept,thepaperintroducestheconceptandbasicprinciplesofoptimizationofdesignvariables,constraints,objectivefunction,etc.wereexplained.AnalysisandoptimizationoftheprincipleoffiniteelementanalysissoftwareusedhereinNastranwereintroduced,explainedthegeneralprocessofstructuraloptimizationusingNastran.Bucklingofthin-walledstructurescommonfailuremode.Bucklingoccurswhendamageisoftenfarfromstaticstructuraldamagetotheload,thestructureofthematerialisatremendouswaste.Thispaperintroducesthebasicconceptsofstability,andbrieflydiscussestheprincipleofbucklinganalysisofNastrananalysissoftware.Byanalysisofthestabilityofarectangularplate,incontrastwiththeoreticalcalculationresultsconfirmtheaccuracyofthecalculationsoftware.Whilethetypicalstructureofthewingpanelsreinforcedanexampleforanalysis,theresultsoftheanalysisofthestiffenedpanelbucklingunderdifferentboundaryconditions.Basedonthedesignconstraints,theuseofT800/803compositedesignofacertaintypeofaircraftwingstructures.Andawholewingmoldingprocessaredescribed.Accordingtotheresultsofthedesignweretoestimatethestrengthofthewing,thewinggotthestraindistribution.Inordertoimprovethecarryingcapacityofthestructure,reducingtheweightofthestructure,thestructureofthischaptertotheminimumweightforthetarget
