基于国家职业标准的高职机械类专业创新实践教学体系的构建AA BB（XX学院机械工程学院，江西 南昌 330108）摘要：针对高职机械类专业的特点，创新性的提出并构建一种基于国家职业标准的实践教学体系。将高职教育的培养目标和国家职业标准有机结合，瞄准就业岗位群组织教学，实现校园教学与职业要求的无缝对接。通过修改教学内容，合理配置师资，更新实训基地建设思路，改革学生考核方式的综合化改革，取得了预期的效果。实施后，有效规范了实践教学各环节，提高了学生的就业能力。关键词：国家职业标准；机械类专业；实践教学体系 Construction of an innovate practice teaching system for mechanical majors in higher vocational school based on the national occupational standardsXXXX, XXX(Mechanical Engeering School of Jiangxi Ganjiang Vocational College, Nanchang 330108【Abstract】An innovate practice teaching system based on the national occupational standards is proposed and constructed aiming at the characteristics of the mechanical majors in higher vocational school.The org- anical combination of the Training objectives of higher vocational education and the national occupational standards ,along with organizing teaching aiming at the employment posts, implement seamless docking of the teaching on campus and the vocational requests.The expected results have been achieved through comprehensive reforms that contain amending the content of courses ,allocating teachers reasonably, renewing the idea of the construction of the practical training base and changing the pattern of checking students,etc.All sectors of the Practice leaching are standardized effectively and the employment ability of students is improved significantly after bringing the new practice teaching system in operation.【Keywords】National occupational standards;Mechanical majors;Practice teaching system中图分类号：G710 文献标识码：B1 引言各类高职院校都十分重视实践教学的研究和实施，通过多年的实践摸索，都在各自的领域中积累了丰富的经验，取得了丰硕的成果。各类高职院校实施的实践教学体系各不相同，特色纷呈，他们构建实践教学体系主要依据有三个方面：（1）根据“必需、够用”的原则，经过多年摸索所积累的经验而形成；（2）与院校长期合作的企业的具体要求；（3）院校实际的实训实践条件[1][2]。但是，很少有高职院校明确提出基于国家职业标准来构建实践教学体系。2背景和意义2.1 创新实践教学体系构建背景国家职业标准是在职业分类的基础上，根据职业（工种）的活动内容，对从业人员工作能力水平的规范性要求。它是从业人员从事职业活动，接受职业教育培训和 HYPERLINK /view/282393.htm \t _blank 职业技能鉴定以及用人单位录用、使用人员的基本依据[3]。而实践教学体系是教学体系中的重要组成部分，包括目标体系、内容体系、管理体系和条件支撑体系四个部分[4]。事实上，国家职业标准本身就是高职院校实施实践教学最好的依据之一。依据高职院校的实际情况，
