摘要目的：研究在不同速度下登山的能耗特点，探索人体在不同速度及不同登山道攀登紫金山时的能量消耗的变化规律，建立不同速度登山与能耗之间的量效关系。方法：选取南京体育学院非体育专业大学生12名（男6名、女6名），选择紫金山（山顶海拔390米）作为登山对象，通过佩戴K4b2便携式心肺功能仪沿“中山书院登山道”(为斜坡道，平均坡度7.5°，全程2380米)和“范鸿仙墓登山道”（为缓斜坡道，平均坡度3.6°，全程4750米）两条典型的登山道，用慢速（80步/min,约2.5km/h）、中速（100步/min，约3.3km/h）两种速度分别攀登紫金山，获得相关能量消耗的参数。结果：（1）沿中山书院登山道慢速登山的能耗为（310.28±49.33）kcal，中速登山的能耗为（336.91±51.09）kcal，两者比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。同样沿范鸿仙墓登山道慢速登山的能耗为（421.32±55.60）kcal，中速能耗为(432.95±60.55)kcal，两者也对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但沿同一条登山道中速登山的METs值总大于慢速登山的METs值（P＜0.01）；（2）同一种速度沿范鸿仙墓登山道登山的能耗总高于沿中山书院登山道登山的能耗，且对比有统计学意义（P＜0.01），（3）同种速度同一登山道男女之间的登山能耗存在明显差异，男性登山能耗要高于女性，且对比分析有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：（1）用慢速、中等速度两种速度沿同一条登山道登山的总能耗没有差异，但中速登山的运动强度大于慢速登山。（2）用同一种速度沿不同的登山道登山，总能耗有显著性差异，沿范鸿仙墓登山道登山的总能耗均高于同种速度沿中山书院登山道的能耗，但沿中山书院登山道登山的运动强度明显大于范鸿仙墓登山道登山的。（3）男女之间的登山能耗存在明显差异，男性登山能耗值要高于女性。（4）为两条登山道分别建立多项式回归登山总能耗预测方程即：中山书院登山道登山能耗预测方程为：y(kcal)=160.629+3.609*体重（kg）-41.699*性别(r2=0.86)范鸿仙墓登山道登山能耗预测方程为：y(kcal)=686.292-1.819*体重（kg）-116.434*性别(r2=0.81)性别：男为1，女为2。关键词：登山；便携式心肺功能仪；能量消耗ABSTRACTPurpose:Tostudytheenergyconsumptioncharacteristicsofclimbingthemountainwithdifferentspeedsamongcollegestudents,explorethechanginglawsofenergyconsumptionofhumanbodywhenclimbingPurpleMountainwithdifferentspeedsandindifferentroutesandsetupthequantity-effectrelationshipbetweendifferentspeedsandenergyconsumptionwhenclimbingthemountain.Method:Choose12collegestudentsfromnon-sportsmajorinNanjingSportsInstitute(sixmales,sixfemales),choosePurpleMountain(withthetopaltitudeof390meters)asthedestination,climbPurpleMountainalongtwotypicalmountaineeringways:theZhongshanAcademymountaineeringway(asloperamp,streching2380meterswithanaverageslopeof7.5°)andtheFanHongXianTombmountaineeringway(aslowramp,streching4750meterswithanaverageslopeof3.6°),withaslowspeed(80steps/min,about2.5km/h)andamediumspeed(100steps/min,about3.3km/h)respectivelybywearingK4b2portableheartlungsfunctioninstrumentandgettherelevantparametersoftheenergyconsumption.Results:(1)WhenclimbingPurpleMountainalongtheZhongshanAcademymountaineeringwaywithaslowsp
