摘 摘 要II摘 要纵观整个世界，创业可谓一国经济发展中最具活力的部分，也是经济增长的 重要源泉。随着团队创业现象的日趋普遍，以创业团队为研究主题也逐渐成为创 业研究领域的重要方向。这是因为创业活动的开展更多的是由创业团队而非个体 创业者推动的，并且团队创业的成功率相对于个体创业更高。创业团队能将具有 不同素质的人聚集到一起，通过专业知识、技能以及能力的互补而创造出更好的 企业绩效。但是，笔者通过对现有相关文献的全面整理，发现关于创业团队的研 究成果虽然很多，但是非常零散，没有建立起从创业团队角度解释新创企业绩效 的综合理论框架，尚不能为团队创业的实践提供有效指导。本文围绕创业团队的构成特征和新创企业绩效的关系开展研究，以 WSR 系统 方法论为研究视角，在相关文献述评的基础上，构建创业团队的特征对新创企业 绩效的影响三维模型，每一个维度的意义是：W（物理）层面的素质指创业团队 的规模、团队成员的专业知识、技能及其差异；S(事理)层面的素质包括资源配 置能力，市场潜力分析能力，企业规划能力和经营管理能力；R(人理)层面的素 质包括人际交往和沟通的能力，塑造团队凝聚力的能力，冲突的分析和解决能力。 本文在研究设计上主要以案例研究为主，运用本文构建的三维模型理论模型，分 析比较了新东方教育科技集团和李阳疯狂英语学校的创业团队的构成特征，研究 结果显示：一个成功的创业团队，其物理、事理和人理层面的素质要求都要达标， 否则会影响企业的创新性绩效指标、经营成长绩效指标或者是创业者满意度绩效 指标。本文首次运用系统方法论的视角来研究创业团队和新创企业绩效的关系， 研究结论不仅能够为创业投资人或投资机构识别成功创业团队提供参考，也能指 导团队创业的实践，实现本研究结论的实践价值。最后，本文指出了本研究中存在的不足和需要解决的问题。 关键字:创业团队；创业绩效；WSR（物理—事理—人理）AbAbstractIIIAbstractThroughout the world，Entrepreneurship is the most dynamic part in a countrys economy development，and it is an important source of modern economic growth.With the phenomenon of entrepreneurial teams become more and more common, it is the important direction in the entrepreneurial research world to choose entrepreneurial team as a research.
