中文摘要中文摘要重庆大学硕重庆大学硕士学位论文II PAGE PAGE VI摘 要为提高电机效率、电池能量利用率、整车续驶里程等性能,纯电动汽车用自 动变速器已逐渐向多挡化发展。但由于挡位过多会使其传动系统的结构和控制策 略变得复杂,导致成本增加,因此,目前纯电动汽车普遍采用两挡机械式自动变 速器。本文针对一款实际的纯电动汽车两挡机械式自动变速器进行了研究,分析 了纯电动汽车换挡过程中的特点,并针对实物制定了实用的换挡控制策略,其主 要工作内容如下:① 分析了纯电动汽车两挡机械式自动变速器的基本构成,对纯电动汽车两挡 自动变速器的换挡过程进行了详细的研究;分析了一款具体的两挡变速器的结构, 研究了其工作原理,基于此款变速器凸轮式换挡执行机构的结构特点,提出了更 加节省换挡时间的摘挡过程和调速过程并行的换挡控制策略。② 对换挡执行机构进行了受力分析,在此基础上对凸轮式换挡执行机构的部 分参数进行了优化,以进一步提升换挡性能、减少换挡时间。③ 分析了换挡执行机构中角位移传感器对换挡过程的重要作用,分析了其发 生信号漂移现象甚至是故障后,对整个换挡过程产生的影响;在此基础上提出了 传感器信号漂移时的信号修订策略以增加换挡过程的精确性,同时制定了整车故 障模式以应对传感器发生的故障。④ 分析了换挡过程中影响换挡品质的因素;研究了对换挡品质影响很大的电 机转矩恢复控制,提出了基于模糊控制并能满足驾驶员意图的智能化转矩恢复策 略。⑤ 搭建了纯电动汽车两挡机械式自动变速器台架试验系统,建立了基于 MATLAB/Simulink 和 dSPACE 软硬件平台的仿真实验模型,实现了对被测试对象 的数据采集及自动控制,对所提出的换挡控制策略进行了实验验证。关键词:纯电动汽车,两挡机械式自动变速器,换挡控制,传感器故障模式,电 机转矩控制英文摘要英文摘要重庆大学硕重庆大学硕士学位论文IIIIII PAGE PAGE IVABSTRACTIn order to improve the vehicle performance such as the motor efficiency, the battery energy utilization and the endurance mileage, the automatic transmission which is used in pure electric vehicle has gradually developed to multi-speed; However, the multi-speed transmission will make the structure and the control strategy of the transmission system more complex, and also increase the cost of the vehicle; Therefore, the pure electric vehicle commonly use a two-speed automatic mechanical transmission at present. In this paper, a real two-speed automatic mechanical transmission of pure electric vehicle was studied, the characteristics of the pure electric vehicle shifting process was analyzed, and based on this real transmission, the control strategy of the shifting process was proposed, the main work in this paper are as follows:① The structure of the two-speed transmission was analyzed, and studied the pureelectric vehicle shifting process.
