PAGE PAGE 2AbstractHunan BLPowerise Information Technology Co.,Ltd(Short name: BLPowerise Information Company)is a high-tech company who product software development and technical services, and provide generic products, industry solutions, software outsourcing, intelligent building, system integration and information services.It is about 97% its have a college degree ,and 66% have bachelors degree. It means a typical knowledge-based staff intensive company. Recent years, with developing, the human resources management problems are highlighted gradually, especially the staff effective motivation to employee job enthusiasm is not high, the high turnover of staff and staff satisfaction is low to become the companys main problems. Therefore, how to solve the effective motivation,study the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers become one of the most important problem of the company.Based on the domestic and abroad study on the motivation of knowledgeworkers , this article point out the concept of the relevant theory is elaborated. Secondly, this article gives out an analysis on the current motivation of the company. The problem of the current incentive mechanism are as follows: no concept of knowledge workers, means of incentives is not enough , performance evaluation system is not perfect and the lack of occupation career management questions.In order to understand the knowledge staffs demand. this article use the method of questionnaire investigation to study demand factors of the knowledge workers.Through the survey,we found the position promotion, salary, job satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, ability to play is considered one of the most important is the five incentive factors, while the actual satisfaction survey work challenge, job satisfaction, interpersonal relationship, work responsibility and the ability to play as the most satisfactory incentive factors.The management and the management of knowledge employee incentive factors of import
