哈尔哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文-- II -AbstractSemi-active suspension consist of controllabe shock absorbers,velocity sensors,acceleration sensors,controllers and other components.The damping force of the vehicle can be controlled during traveling by the control of the input current intensity for the increase of the comfort and operating stability. MR damper is the actuator of the vehicle semi-active suspension system, it is the controllable damper for the control of magnetorheological fluid viscosity coefficient by the control of current intensity. Such shock absorber can be applied widely in the semi-active suspension system with its simple structure, fast response, low energy consumption, wide damping force adjustment range and simple control input signal.This paper studies the magnetorheological fluid working model, and the calculation method of damping force of MR damper was derived from the rheological equations of the plate model.With such method, the MR damper structure was researched and analyzed according to the requirements of project,and the prototypes of MR damper were finished.By using adina software, the simulation of the magnetic-fluid coupling and FSI method was finalized for MR damper, and the solid and fluid dynamics models were built. The boundary conditions, constraints, loads etc were set for FSI model and magnetic - fluid coupling model. And by using pre-post processing module of adina software , simulation analysis were carried out to get the analysis diagram of solid stress, dynamic characteristics of flow field, the magnetic field intensity distribution, speed features and characteristics of indicator.MR damper prototypes were developed. The bench tests were researched, the speed and indictor characteristics were being made.According to the basic principle of MR damper, the velocity characteristics and characteristics of indicator were analysised respectively under non-controlling and energized condition , and bench test results were compared with the sim
