ii摘 要摘 要在日益动态复杂的环境中，企业的竞争优势越来越难维持，相关研究也表明单纯 依靠创业网络提供的资源已无法满足新企业的成长及竞争优势的维持。随着创业研究 的逐渐深入，动态能力这一概念被引入到创业领域的研究中，虽然在战略管理研究中 成熟企业的动态能力已成为重要的分支和研究的热点，但是目前鲜有针对新企业动态 能力的研究。本研究以 182 家新企业（创立时间为 8 年以下）为样本，基于社会网络理论和动 态能力理论，探索创业网络、动态能力对新企业成长的影响，并检验动态能力在创业 网络和新企业成长关系中所起的中介作用。实证检验表明：（1）创业网络的两个结构特征网络规模和网络强度均对新企业成 长有显著的正向影响。（2）动态能力的三个维度，即环境感知能力、资源整合能力和 学习能力均对新企业成长有显著的正向影响。（3）网络规模对环境感知能力和资源整 合能力的正向影响并不显著，而对学习能力有显著的正向影响；网络强度对环境感知 能力、资源整合能力和学习能力均有显著的正向影响。（4）动态能力在网络规模、网 络强度与新企业成长的关系中起中介作用，并且起完全中介作用。本研究的主要贡献有：（1）从新企业的特点出发，在相关理论和文献综述的基础 上界定了新企业动态能力的内涵，构建了创业网络、动态能力与新企业成长之间的概 念模型，丰富了相关的创业理论研究。（2）引入动态能力作为创业网络和新企业成长 关系之中，验证了动态能力在创业网络和新企业成长间的中介作用，并揭示了创业网 络及动态能力在新企业成长过程中的重要作用。根据实证结果，在对研究结论进行讨论和深入剖析的基础上，结合新企业特征， 本文从创业网络的构建、动态能力的培育与维持两个方面提出了相关建议，以期对新 企业的创业实践有一定的指导作用。关键词：新企业；创业网络；动态能力；新企业成长iiii创业网络与新企业成长的关系研究——以动态能力为中介变量AbstractIn an increasingly dynamic and complex environment, companies are increasingly difficult to maintain competitive advantages. Researches also showed that companies which rely solely on the resources provided by entrepreneurial network have been unable to meet the new venture growth and maintain competitive advantages. With the gradual deepening of entrepreneurship research, dynamic capabilities are introduced to the research of entrepreneurship field. Although mature companies’ dynamic capabilities have become an important branch and hot research in strategic management research, new ventures’ dynamic capabilities research is just beginning.This paper which chose 182 new ventures (creation time of 8 years) for the study was based on social network theory and dynamic capabilities theory.
