暨南大学硕士学位论文高职商务文书写暨南大学硕士学位论文高职商务文书写作教学优化策略研究暨南大学硕士学位论文高职商务文书写暨南大学硕士学位论文高职商务文书写作教学优化策略研究I万方数据I万方数据万方数据万方数据摘 要商务文书,是商务活动中形成和使用的、具有直接实用价值和惯用体式的文体的总称, 是高职应用写作及相关课程教学的重要内容。掌握一定的商务文书写作能力,切合高职院 校学生未来职场竞争的需要。但是,高职商务文书写作教学现状不容乐观,高职商务文书 写作教学优化势在必行。在认真审视商务文书的内涵、特点及对写作主体的素养要求的基础上,结合对广东地 区部分高职院校的学生、老师和相关企业的调查及对文献资料和学生习作文本的分析,本 文着重探讨高职商务文书写作教学的任务及存在的主要问题,并提出优化策略。研究指出:商务文书写作主体必需具备良好的写作目的意识、主体意识、读者意识和 知识素养,高职商务文书写作教学应以培养学生的写作主体素养为首要任务;当前高职商 务文书写作教学普遍存在着学生学习意愿弱、学习效果差、学习效率低的现象,其主要原 因在于理论脱离实际;高职商务文书写作教学优化应坚持“以教师为主导、以学生为中心、 以实践为基础、以能力为本位”的四项基本原则;通过提升教师素养、优化教学内容和优 化教学方法的三维一体优化策略,提升高职商务文书写作教学质量,增强高职院校学生的 就业竞争力。关键词:高职 商务文书 教学策略AbstractBusiness-documents writing is practical in official business, and is also an important content of practical writing teaching in higher vocational colleges. Students are in urgent need of good command of business-documents writing in future workplace competition. However, the teaching of business-documents writing in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic. It is imperative to optimize business-documents writing teaching in higher vocational colleges now.Based on detailed study of connotation, characteristics and requirement of business-documents writing, investigation of students and teachers in higher vocational colleges and people in related companies in Guangdong province, along with analysis of literature and texts of students’ work, this article intends to probe into the task and main problems of business-documents writing teaching in higher vocational colleges, with a proposal of teaching optimization strategy.The following conclusions can be drawn.Authors of business documents must have good consciousness of purpose, subject, readers and extensive know- ledge. The teaching of business-documents writing in higher vocational colleges should take the improvement of students writing ability as the main task.
