摘要摘要 PAGE PAGE IIIAbstractSince the early 21st century has been the rapid development of rural tourism in Gansu Province， More and more areas will make rural tourism development as effective means to develop economy ， promote harmony and accelerate the construction of new countryside. However， Gansu Province Located in northwest China， subjects to geographical， economic and transportation constraints， ruraltourism development in Gansu lagging behind. some areas are attracted by low cost and high yield of rural tourism to construct large-scale and develop blindly， lead to a large number of negative externalities.This paper set Long Wan village in Jingtai Yellow River Stone Forest as the community participation of study object. Based on the use of stakeholder theory， the interests of the coordination theory， social interaction in the interaction， harmony and other concepts， author tries to resolve many problems in the Gansu in rural tourism development， build upgrade mode of community participation in rural tourism， to achieve the harmonious development of rural tourism and community participation development， and promote community participation in the depth of rural tourism development。The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter are the theory framework and foreign case of communities in ruraltourism; the third chapter and fourth chapter is the core of the paper， in the paper,after empirical studying on community participation in rural tourism of Jingtai Longwan village and on the basis of absorbing foreign successful experiences of community participation in rural tourism, and general specific situation of Longwan village to discuss upgrade route of community participation in rural tourism in order to build model of Gansu community participation in rural tourism which is represented by Jingtai Longwan village.
