Management innovation is the internal requirement of enterprise existence and development under economic crisis. The precise-six-sigma management is one of the last achievement of modern management. How the precise-six-sigma management be merged effectively into enterprise management is an original attempt and managerial change.This paper has fully and systematically analysed the managerial idea, work flow and research technique by analysed the precise-six-sigma management and its necessity, study of feasibility and key factors for successively operational management, and by the example of “ reducing the carbon content of fly ash from thermoelectric boiler”.
