江南大学学士学位论文 客票统计分析系统的设计与开发PAGE 18PAGE 2编号本科毕业设计（论文）题目： 房屋租凭管理系统 学院（系） 专业学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： （职称： ） 201 年 月 PAGE PAGE 50摘要随着我国市场经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，简单的租凭服务已经不能满足人们的需求。如何利用先进的管理手段，提高房屋租凭管理水平，是当今社会所面临的一个重要课题。本文通过用VB6.0编写房屋租赁管理系统，利用软件工程原理，采用面向对象的编程方法，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面，实现了房屋租赁管理的自动化和信息化.整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成基本资料管理、客户资料管理、租凭合同管理、财务管理、统计报表管理等功能.经过实际测试证明，本文所设计的房屋租赁管理系统可以用于物业管理部门从事房屋租赁信息管理方面的需要。论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的全过程。重点的说明了系统设计的重点、设计思想、难点技术和解决方案。关键词：数据库 Visual Basic 6.0 房屋租赁管理系统AbstractWith the rapid development of the market economy of our country and people living standard rise ceaselessly, the simplicity of the lease service already cant satisfy peoples needs. This article through to write with VB6.0 house lease management system, the use of software engineering theory, by using object oriented programming method, and its development mainly includes the backstage database the establishment and the maintenance and development of front application program of two aspects, realized the automation of house lease management and information. From the entire system to operate and friendly interface, flexible, practical, safe, complete the requirement of basic data management, customer data management, the rental contract management, financial management, statistics management etc. Function. After the actual test, this paper designed the house lease management system can be used in property management department engaged in house lease information management needs.
