附属医院在临床实践能力培养作用研究 　　[摘要] 临床实践能力是高等教学过程中重要的一环，注重对高等教育医学生的临床实践能力培养是培养优秀医学生的重要实践阶段。在医学教育的全过程中，临床教学是决定人才培养质量的关键性因素。附属医院作为大学的一般研究机构，作为大学设置或是承办的培养专业研究人员的专门场所，担负着重要的责任。尤其在经济社会高速发展的今天，专业人才需求量更大、专业性要求更强，附属医院在此过程中就更发挥着不可取代的作用。本文通过阐述附属医院的特点和学生临床实践能力培养的重要性，分析附属医院在临床实践能力培养过程中的必要性以及其相应的意义，并基于综合培养医学专业人才的宗旨，对附属医院进一步改造建设提出一些可行性建议。 　　[关键词] 附属医院；临床实践；能力培养；研究 　　[中图分类号] R4-4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）24-160-03 　　Study on the role of affiliated hospitals in cultivating clinical practice abilities 　　GUAN Qi1 QU Honglan1 YU Guo1 ZHANG Haijun1 ZHAO Yu2 　　1.Department of Hematologic Neoplasms， Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital， Yakeshi 022150， China；2.Department of Endocrinology， Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital， Yakeshi 022150，China 　　[Abstract] Clinical practice ability is an important link of higher education. Paying attention to cultivating clinical practice ability of medical students of higher education is an important process for cultivation of excellent medical students. Clinical education is a key factor to determine the quality of talent cultivation throughout the whole process of medical education. As general research institutes of universities， affiliated hospitals assume important responsibilities by serving as specific places for cultivation of professional researchers in universities. Affiliated hospitals play an irreplaceable role in talent training nowadays with fast socioeconomic development and higher demand for the quantity and professionalization of professional talents. The article introduced the characteristics of affiliated hospitals and the importance of cultivating clinical practice abilities of medical students and analyzed the necessity and significance of affiliated hospitals in the process of cultivating clinical practice abilities. With combination of the objective of cultivating comprehensive medical professionals， the article put forward feasible suggestions for transformation of affiliated hospitals. 　　[Key words] Affiliated hospitals；
