医学论文-浅应激性溃疡致上消化道出血40例的诊疗体会.docVIP

【摘要】目的：探讨应激性溃疡致上消化道出血的诊治体会。方法：回顾性探讨了40例应激性溃疡致上消化道出血病人的诊治经过。结果：临本组经临床内科综合性治疗，治愈31例,有效止血28例（90.3%）；手术治疗9例，有效止血6例(66.7%)；死亡共2例，死亡率（5%）。结论：应激性溃疡致上消化道出血首先行内科综合治疗的同时应行紧急胃镜检查，内科治疗无效者应积极行手术治疗。 【关键词】应激性溃疡；上消化道出血 【abstract】objective: to explore the clinical methods of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by stress ulcers. methods retrospectively discusses 40 cases s after the diagnosis and treatment of patients. results 31 cases were cured, including 28 cases hemostasis effectively; 9 cases received operation, including 6cases hemostasis effectively; 2 cases were death (14.7%). conclusion we shoul
