中国草根足球面面观 　　摘 要：以草根足球作为研究对象，分析草根足球的构成、面临的困惑以及发展理路。研究认为：一切非主流、非精英的足球文化群体都可以称为“草根足球”；政府要依据中国草根足球发展的实际状况，在政策、场地以及业余足球俱乐部的建设和赛事举办方面提供支持；草根足球的发展需要转变认知观念和形成正确的体育价值观，足球生活化的理念以及足球教育价值功能的倡导，是草根足球得以发展的重要前提；草根足球俱乐部是整合衔接社会的枢纽，并不是单一组织的运行，斥资成立的业余足球俱乐部应有严格的准入和退出机制；草根足球的发展重点是培育草根足球联赛，以实验而非建构的方式对赛事细分，更要引入市场机制，从而增强中国足球的造血功能，进而实现中国草根足球的振兴。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　关 键 词：社会体育；草根足球；中国 　　中图分类号：G843 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2016）02-0075-06 　　Aspects of Chinese grassroots football 　　SUN Ke1，2，YI Jian-dong3 　　（1.The Research Center of China Football Development，Tsinghua University，Beijing 100084； 　　2.College of Humanities Social Sciences，University of Chinese Academy of Sciences，Beijing 100049； 　　3.Jiangxi Univesity of Finance Economics，Nanchang 330013，China） 　　Abstract： Basing their research subject on grassroots football， the authors analyzed the composition of， confusion faced by and development path of grassroots football， and put forward the following opinions： 1）every non-mainstream， non-elite football cultural group can be called as “grassroots football”； 2）the government should， according to the actual circumstances of grassroots football development in China， provide policy support in terms of playground， policy， amateur football club construction and game hosting； 3）the development of grassroots football needs cognitive concept changing and correct sports value view forming； the idea to make football part of our life， and the advocating of football education value functions， are important preconditions for grassroots football to be developed； 4）grassroots football club is a pivot integrated and connected to the society， but not the operation of a single organization； all invested and established amateur football clubs should have a strict admission and exit mechanism； 5）the keys to the development of grassroots football are to cultivate grassroots football leagues， to segment games in an experiment but not a construct way， and more importantly to introduce market mechanism， he
