168例男性淋病性尿道炎患者性功能障碍临床调查分析 　　【摘要】目的：探讨168例男性淋病患者中并发性功能障碍情况，了解淋病性尿道炎对性功能的影响。 方法：通过问卷调查方式对已确诊为淋病尿道炎168例男性患者进行调查，调查内容包括患者的病程、疾病特点、性功能障碍类型，了解淋病性尿道炎对性功能障碍的相关性。同时通过心理评估调查问卷，分析淋病性尿道炎患者心理状况。结果：根据收集到的调查问卷显示，168例男性淋病性尿道炎患者中，106例患者表现为性欲淡漠，占比63.1%；30例性交疼痛，占比17.8%；17例患者有早泄现象，占比10.1%；7例患者表现为阳痿，占比4.12%；8例患者表现为正常，占比4.8%。心理评价量表结果显示，绝大部分淋病性尿道炎患者且并发性功能障碍的患者存在紧张、焦虑状态。经过治疗后，仍有部分患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁情绪。 结论：大部分淋病性尿道炎患者有着明显的性功能障碍，其中性欲淡漠患者占大多数。而大部分并发性功能障碍的患者有紧张和焦虑状态。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　【关键词】淋病性尿道炎；性功能障碍；心理因素；调查分析 　　Clinical investigation of sexual dysfunction on 168 cases of male gonococcal urethritisWANG Zengli， ZHAO Weihong， SUN Wuqi， LI Yongwei.
