169例肛裂患者术后并发症原因分析及护理措施 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨肛裂患者术后并发症原因及其相对应护理措施， 促进患者快速康复， 提高手术治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析169例肛裂并行手术治疗患者术后并发症的临床资料， 总结术后并发症原因及相应护理措施。结果 位居前五位的并发症分别为：疼痛57例（33.73%）、排便困难39例（23.08%）、尿潴留19例（11.24%）、局部水肿17例（10.06%）、出血14例（8.28%）。经过规范的系统综合护理， 所有患者均顺利康复出院。结论 术前系统的病情评估及围手术期规范的系统综合护理可减少肛裂患者术后并发症发生， 促进并发症快速恢复， 减轻患者痛苦， 是提高肛裂手术治愈率的可靠保证。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　【关键词】 肛裂；术后并发症；肛门疼痛；排便困难；尿潴留 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.32.082 　　Cause analysis and nursing measures of postoperative complications in 169 patients with anal fissure LI Yu， LIANG Ya. Methods The clinical data of 169 anal fissure patients with postoperative complications were retrospectively analyzed， and the cause and of postoperative complications and it corresponding nursing measures were summarized. Results The top 5 complication were respectively as 57 pain cases （33.73%）， 39 difficult defecation cases （23.08%）， 19 urinary retention cases （11.24%）， 17 local edema cases （10.06%） and 14 bleeding cases （8.28%）. After standardized systematic comprehensive nursing， all patients recovered and discharged smoothly. Conclusion Preoperative systematic disease assessment and perioperative standard comprehensive nursing can reduce the postoperative complications of anal fissure patients， promote rapid recovery of complications， reduce the suffering of patients.
