急性白血病化疗后肛周感染原因分析及护理干预 　　【摘要】 肛周感染是急性白血病化疗后患者常见感染部位， 与免疫力低下、肛周局部环境以及不健康生活习惯等多种因素有关。通过有效的预防性护理、对肛周局部护理、保护性隔离以及心理支持等干预， 能降低感染发生率， 改善预后。 　　【关键词】 急性白血病；化疗；肛周感染；原因；护理 　　【Abstract】 Crissum infection is common in patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy. It is related with various factors， such as hypoimmunity， local environment around the anus and unhealthy living habits. Decreased infection incidence and improved prognosis can be accomplished by effective preventive nursing， local crissum nursing， protective isolation and psychological support. 　　【Key words】 Acute leukemia； Chemotherapy； Cri
