乙型肝炎病毒DNA定量与乙型肝炎五项结果对比分析 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒DNA定量与乙型肝炎五项的相关性。 方法 分别用微粒子化学发光法和荧光定量PCR法检测645例患者的乙型肝炎五项和乙型肝炎病毒DNA含量，并分析两者的关系。 结果 HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb阳性组的乙型肝炎病毒DNA阳性率和DNA定量均显著高于其他组（P＜0.05）。HBeAg阳性组乙型肝炎病毒DNA阳性率为93.4%，HBeAg阴性组乙型肝炎病毒DNA阳性率为42.8%；HBsAg阳性组乙型肝炎病毒DNA阳性率为65.3%，HBsAg阴性组乙型肝炎病毒DNA阳性率为7.4%。 结论 乙型肝炎病毒DNA与HBeAg呈正相关，部分HBsAg阴性患者也能检出乙型肝炎病毒DNA，乙型肝炎病毒DNA与乙型肝炎五项联合检测能更好地监测乙型肝炎病毒的复制情况，对监测疗效和判断预后有重要价值。 　　[关键词] 乙型肝炎病毒DNA；乙型肝炎五项；分析 　　[中图分类号] R512.6[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）03（c）-0096-03 　　 　　Comparision analysis of HBV-DNA and five items in patient with hepatitis B 　　ZHENG Jin-ju1 LIU Shan1 WANG Rong2 　　1.Department of Laboratory,Central Hospital of Qingdao City,Qingdao266042,China;2.Tumor Hospital of Qingdao City,Qingdao266042,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between HBV-DNA and HBV five makers.Methods Chemiluminescent microparticles immunoassay analysis method and fluorogenic quantitative PCR method was used to detect the HBV serological markers and HBV-DNA in 645 patients with hepatitis B respectively,and then correlation between HBV-DNA and HBV five makers was analyzed.Results HBV-DNA positive rate and HBV-DNA content in HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb positive group was high than that in other groups respectively(P＜0.05).HBV-DNA positive rate in HBeAg positive group was 93.4%,HBV-DNA positive rate in HBeAg negative group was 42.8%.HBV-DNA positive rate in HBsAg positive group was 93.4%,HBV-DNA positive rate in HBsAg negative group was 42.8%.Conclusion HBV-DNA is positively correlated with HBeAg.HBV-DNA can be detected in part of HBsAg negative patients.Combined detection of HBV-DNA and HBV five makers can effectively monitor HBV replication,it has important value in monitoring curative effect and judging prognosis. 　　[Key words] HBV-DNA;HBV five makers;Analysis 　　乙型病毒性肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒感染引起的一种疾病，已成为严重威胁人类健康的世界性疾病。目前乙型肝炎的病原学诊断指标主要有乙型肝炎五项（俗称两对半）和乙型肝炎病毒DNA定量，乙型肝炎五项能反映机体对乙型肝炎病毒免疫应答的情况，但不能反映血清中病毒复制活跃与否，不能监测病毒载量的变化。乙型肝炎病毒DNA定量能准确反映血清中病毒复制的活动性，是乙型肝炎病毒存在、活动性复制及具有传染性的
